Reputation is how much people like you.
Chakra is also known as Experience. When you have a certain level of Chakra, you can learn new jutsus/attacks. You gain chakra by how many posts you have (Spam is not allowed) And it adds two.
Basicaly, if you had 5 posts, you would have 15 chakra points.
Rep Points are how high your reputation is and adds five.
