Personality::
Kakuzu's temperament is the most noticeable thing about him. The only reason he is partners with Hidan is because he would kill every team mate that was around when he was angered. He doesn't have a lot of tolerance, but if it is a matter of money he will gladly put up with anything. This is proven by the fact that he'll put up with Hidan's nonsense religion in order to finish off bounty hunting in a fast manner. He is rather greedy and will do anything for money.
Weapons::
His body is his main weapon, dare I put it in the bluntest way possible. He can attack with threads that are within his body, and these can be used for many different things. He can detach limbs for long range attacks, and can pierce the bodies of others with ease. The threads are limitless, being he can increase his size several times over.
Fighting Style:
Kakuzu can use all of the chakra elements, among other things. He uses up to four masks that are attached to his back to aid him in battle. They are controlled by the strings that course throughout Kakuzu's body, but tend to take on personalities of their own. Unlike a puppet, they don't require someone pulling their strings to move. They are used to use element techniques, and each different one seems to be assigned a different element.
Current Jutsus::
Fire Release:: Intense Pain (火遁・頭刻苦, Katon: Zukokku)
Wind Release:: Pressure Damage (風遁・圧害, Fūton: Atsugai)
Lightning Release:: False Darkness (雷遁・偽暗, Raiton: Gian)
Iron Body (鉄ボディ, Kurogane Karada)
Keep to mind, most ninja don't even learn this many in their entire lifetime. The only reason he knows so many is because he hass been around since Konohagakure was formed.
Jutsus to learn::
I don't think there was anything he had yet to learn, being he has been around since the First Hokage founded Konohagakure. Even if there was something he was trying to learn, he's sortof dead, so I don't think Kishimoto would bother leaking the name of any such jutsu.

The Money Clan, of course! ... No, just joking, but I have no clue. :/
